Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

Liquid Studios is the B2B content-infrastructure business and DBA of Inception Point AI Inc. ("Inception Point," "Liquid Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit liquidstudios.ai, contact us, book a call, participate in a proof-of-concept, or otherwise interact with our B2B content transformation services (collectively, the "Services").

Liquid Studios helps organizations transform content they already own into additional formats, languages, platforms, and AI-readable formats. Our Services are intended for business customers, prospective business customers, and their authorized representatives. They are not consumer AI companion services and are not intended for children.

This Policy applies to our website and general B2B business operations. Customer-specific proof-of-concept, pilot, production, licensing, data-processing, or professional-services terms may be governed by a separate agreement, statement of work, order form, data processing agreement, or other written contract. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls for that engagement.

If you have questions about this Policy or do not agree with our practices, please contact us at info@getliquify.ai and do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

We generally do not collect precise geolocation through the website unless you choose to provide it or enable a feature that requires it. We do not intentionally seek highly sensitive personal information through the website, and customers should not submit regulated or special-category data unless the applicable agreement expressly permits it and required safeguards are in place.

Customer Content

Customer content remains the customer's content. Liquid Studios does not claim ownership of customer-provided source content merely because it is submitted to us for a proof-of-concept, pilot, or production engagement. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, we use customer content only to evaluate, provide, operate, test, improve, secure, support, and deliver the requested Services; create agreed outputs; perform quality assurance; measure service performance; troubleshoot issues; and comply with legal, contractual, and security obligations. We do not use customer content to train foundation models or general-purpose AI models unless the customer has expressly agreed in a written agreement. We may use operational, performance, quality, and analytics information derived from providing the Services to improve our workflows, systems, prompts, orchestration, QA processes, and service delivery, provided we do not disclose customer confidential information in violation of an applicable agreement.

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate the website (provide, secure, maintain, debug, and improve liquidstudios.ai and related web properties); respond to inquiries (schedule calls, provide demos, answer questions, evaluate fit, and communicate with prospective customers); provide B2B services (ingest, transform, optimize, distribute, measure, and support customer content and related deliverables under applicable agreements); run proofs-of-concept and pilots; manage customer relationships; improve Liquid Studios (our content transformation engine, orchestration workflows, QA systems, prompts, metadata generation, AI-discovery optimization, internal tooling, and service processes); conduct marketing and business development, subject to applicable law and opt-out rights; use customer names, logos, results, or outputs in case studies and references only as permitted by the applicable customer agreement or written approval; support security and misuse prevention; and meet legal and compliance obligations.

AI and Automation

Liquid Studios uses AI-assisted workflows and third-party technology providers to transform content, including tools for transcription, translation, summarization, voice, audio, video, metadata, tagging, schema, QA, moderation, distribution, analytics, and other production tasks. Outputs may be generated or assisted by AI systems and may require human review. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before publication unless a signed agreement states otherwise. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, mistranslations, artifacts, or inaccuracies. We do not represent that outputs will be free of errors, suitable for every platform, or accepted by every third-party platform or AI-discovery system.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website; remember preferences; understand website traffic and performance; measure marketing effectiveness; improve website content and user experience; and support B2B advertising or retargeting where permitted by law. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

Marketing Communications

If you submit your email address, request information, register for an event, or otherwise engage with Liquid Studios, we may send you business-related emails about our Services, events, product updates, and related content. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at info@getliquify.ai. We may still send non-marketing communications, such as responses to inquiries, project communications, legal notices, or transactional messages.

Do Not Track and Preference Signals

Some browsers and devices include a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for recognizing or responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them unless required by law. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for activities that constitute sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers and vendors that support website hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, security, CRM, scheduling, email, payments, AI models, transcription, translation, voice, audio, video, metadata, QA, moderation, storage, distribution, and production workflows; customer-authorized platforms and integrations, such as YouTube, podcast platforms, social channels, newsletter systems, CMS tools, cloud storage, or other destinations selected or authorized by the customer; professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants; business partners, referral partners, or subcontractors involved in providing or evaluating the Services, subject to applicable confidentiality and contractual obligations; legal, regulatory, law-enforcement, or safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, customers, vendors, or the public; and business transaction recipients in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction. We do not sell customer content as a standalone dataset. We do not disclose customer confidential information except as permitted by this Policy, an applicable customer agreement, the customer's instructions, or applicable law.

Customer Instructions and Third-Party Platforms

Customers may ask us to publish, distribute, upload, integrate, or make content available through third-party platforms. Those third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, content rules, data practices, algorithms, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party platform practices or decisions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all rights, permissions, licenses, consents, releases, and clearances necessary for source content, brand materials, talent, voices, likenesses, music, images, video, data, and other materials they provide or ask us to transform, publish, or distribute. If a customer authorizes us to access Google APIs, cloud storage, CMS tools, social platforms, podcast platforms, or other third-party accounts or integrations, we use information from those accounts only to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the customer-authorized Services and as otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement, customer instructions, platform terms, and applicable law. Where a platform imposes specific user-data restrictions, including Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, we will handle the applicable data consistent with those requirements.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate the website, respond to inquiries, provide Services, maintain business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security, and support customer relationships. Retention for customer content and deliverables may be governed by a signed agreement, statement of work, order form, or customer instructions. We may delete or return customer content according to the applicable agreement, operational needs, backup practices, legal obligations, and security requirements. When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if deletion or anonymization is not immediately possible, securely store it and restrict further processing until deletion or anonymization is possible. Backup copies may persist for a limited period under routine backup, continuity, and security practices.

Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, vendor controls, security monitoring, encryption where appropriate, and internal restrictions on access to customer materials. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should access the Services and transmit confidential materials only through secure environments and approved channels.

Confidentiality

Customer content, unpublished outputs, business plans, credentials, platform access, and other non-public materials may be confidential. We handle confidential information according to applicable agreements and internal access controls. Customers should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or special-category data unless the applicable agreement expressly permits it and required safeguards are in place.

Children

Our website and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at info@getliquify.ai.

U.S. State Privacy Notice

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws, subject to applicable limitations and exceptions. Because Liquid Studios is a B2B service, some rights may apply differently depending on whether information is collected in a business, employment, commercial, or individual capacity. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect identifiers, business contact information, internet or device activity, approximate location, professional or employment-related information, commercial information, audio/visual content provided for business purposes, and inferences related to business inquiries or website activity. We use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell customer content as a standalone dataset. If our website uses advertising or analytics technologies that constitute "selling" or "sharing" under California law, we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms. Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about our privacy practices, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, or appeal a decision regarding a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You may exercise applicable rights by contacting info@getliquify.ai. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. California residents may also request information under California's "Shine the Light" law about categories of personal information, if any, disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year.

International Visitors

Liquid Studios is operated from the United States. If you access the website or communicate with us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. If a customer engagement requires GDPR, UK GDPR, or other non-U.S. privacy-law compliance, the relevant requirements should be addressed in the applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement, statement of work, or other written terms before regulated data is submitted.

Your Choices

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us; control cookies through your browser settings; request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, appeal, or other privacy rights available under applicable law, subject to verification, limitations, and exceptions; and contact us with privacy questions at info@getliquify.ai.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Policy, updating the effective date, or using another reasonable method.
